Research study is a concentrated expression of the concept of modern education to learn a new way to train students of its innovative spirit and practical ability for the purpose of having open, the main and comprehensive and practical characteristics of the students in the emphasis on self-inquiry learning Today, the times to reflect and respond to the demands of education, its curriculum and teaching will become an important concept of operation and strategy of great value in teaching and development. Research-based learning is another approach to learning about human transformation of research results, with a better and mature theoretical system, and widely used in contemporary psychology, education and other fields, especially for China's ongoing basic education courses reform, comprehensively promote quality education, to provide a strong theoretical basis. In the field of physical education, the use of research-based learning theory to teaching practice at the exploratory stage, the study would like to through the use of teaching aerobics research study related to the theory, change the way students learn, students take the initiative to explore and practice the ability to operate, thereby enhance student self-confidence and improve student achievement results. In this paper, literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, teaching experiments and mathematical statistics and other research methods, the use of paired T test and T test on experimental data obtained from the statistics and analysis. Option to aerobics classes for the study, a random sample of four classes, divided into experimental and control groups, of which 68 were the experimental group, control group 61. This study is divided into two phases: the preparatory stage for the first phase (August 2008): literature review and analysis, including finishing, design lesson plans, find a measurement tool, pre-test experiment; the second phase of the pilot phase for the (2008 9 months): According to the teaching routine, combined with calisthenics as well as the experimental characteristics of the situation that I personally participated in the teaching experiment, carried out a formal 16-week experiment, the experiment to observe and record, in the end of the experiment immediately after the post-test experiment.Experimental results show that: (1) After the experiment the experimental group and control group self-confidence in general, there was a significant difference, in which the overall self-confidence, academic self-confidence and social self-confidence the existence of three sub-dimensions are also significant differences in teaching Aerobics Research in help to improve students learning self-confidence. (2) experimental group, the total self-confidence before and after the experiment, there was a significant difference, in which the overall self-confidence, academic self-confidence and social self-confidence the existence of three sub-dimensions were significant differences in the control group but no difference has increased slightly. Can be seen in Aerobics Teaching Learning aerobics master skills through access to their own success-ful experience, and to improve peer relations to improve the level of self-confidence. (3) After the experiment the experimental group and control group aerobics and posture combinations, there was a significant difference, the physical quality (800-meter and one-minute sit-up) no difference. Combining the results of that research study to improve the professional skills of students with significant catalytic role, the traditional teaching and research-based learning in improving the 800 meters and one minute sit-ups have played the same effect, but no difference between groups. (4) the experimental group before and after the experiment in terms of posture combination of aerobics and fitness were significantly different; the control group before and after the experiment 800 meters, one-minute sit-up were significantly different, combination of aerobics and posture to increase but did not reach significant differences.
