In recent years,cooperative concept is approved by different aspects.Under this background, family-school conflics doesn't seems so harmonious,and it affects family-school coooperation.The problem urgently to solve is that how to avoid and dissolve family-school conflics and as far as possible to make the influence of family school conflict for education reduce to minimum level,and form harmonious family school relation.So family school cooperation can go on smoothly.In order to analysis the further deeply layer reasons and put up with some corresponding measures for the better family-school coooperation,this paper takes family education and school education as the theoretical foundation,refers to some domestic and international related theory and experience,and use some research techniques such as document research,comparison and analysis.So that the present substance of family-school conflics of our country of middle-primary school can be deeply analysised.Family-school conflics is defineded that because of some differences of family and school such as mutual cultural background,viewpoint of value,expectation value for each other and so on in practice of education,some problems are caused,for example,repel mutually and hostile behavior or psychological state.Family-school conflics have the characteristics of generality, complexity and it can influence positively and negatively.By standard of the field that conflict between family and school occurs to,it can be divide into conflict in educational concept,conflict in educational teaching and conflict in educational management.Conflicts in educational concept include the conflict of highly wisdom ignored virtue or overall development,and the the conflict in training of students' value notion;Conflicts in educational teaching include the conflict of quality-oriented education or exam-oriented education and conflicts of ways and means in education;Conflicts in educational management include the conflict in management of students,the conflicts for no cooperation willing in both family and school and conflicts in home-school coooperation.There are two reasons for family-school conflics.In family,it mainly includes the lack of communication and cooperative idea,the high hope to school and the discrepancy of cultural background.In school,there are not enough idea or attitude for cooperation with family,lack of relative mechanism for cooperation with family,the choice of unsuitable opportunity and way in communication and overlook the details management in exchange ideas with family.In order to solve family-school conflics and promote family-school coooperation to go on smoothly,educational administrative department should make law and regulations,found harmonious environment for family-school coooperation,strengthen administrative instruction to school,take related training to teachers,give related guide to families with resident community;school should change the old ideas,strengthen the communication with families,take guide to families;families should have vigorously cooperate consciousness with school, participate in the family-school coooperation actively,understand the word of school,get agreement with school,take suitable method and the way of communication and exchange information of students with school with friendly attitude.
