With the new curriculum reform, teaching oral communication language teaching in secondary schools has been further improved. In the current language teaching in secondary schools, the prevailing emphasis on "culture" light, "the phrase" re-"write" light "that" the phenomenon, and in oral communication teaching, curriculum resources on the status and role of knowledge is still in one species not fully mature state, the importance of resource development and the development of a serious enough, and therefore to some extent, restricted the teaching of oral communication development, In this paper, this is the case, based on the characteristics of oral communication instruction, teaching and learning process, training approaches and modes of thinking and ways of resource development model, and explore new and effective development strategy, with a view to teaching oral communication for the deepening of reform to provide a powerful Support.Thesis is mainly divided into five parts.
