Team-building Three-dimensional Model Of Secondary School Teachers

In this paper,it is discussed the construction team of teachers on the basic of carding the predecessors about the team-building of theory and practice of success. It is researched of dimensions of the management and construction of the system model in teachers team-building.Finally,it is formed the results of both the logic analyzer and operating model,also the case in support of the theory and practice.Firstly,it is made the three dimensions of teachers team-building.Based on systematic analysis of the decomposition method,and combined with the characteristics of the team,it is researched the construction team of teachers from the three dimensions of interpersonal,institutional,vision.And carry out systematic research from three dimensions as a whole.Secondly,in accordance with the development of team-building process,carry out the three dimensions of the progressive construction.In the dimension of people,the order proposed by communication,coordination,and cooperation of three measures;In the dimensions of system,the order proposed by norms, guidelines,charters of three means;In the dimension of vision,the order proposed by goal,mission,Value of three oriented.Thirdly,under the three dimensions of the construction phase of the corresponding portfolio strategy,it is formed a three-building model.The subject model is known as the model based on communication,standardization,and goal; The recognition mode is known as the model based on coordinate,guidelines, mission;the promotion model is known as the model based on co-operate charter, the value of construction.Eventually,form a complete three-dimensional model of team-building of teachers.Finally,analyzing the case,this paper constructed three-dimensional model of team-building of teachers to use in practice and proposed specific solutions of the actual situation.
