Curriculum reform is strategic focus about the development of higher vocational education reform during "Eleventh Five-Year" .and the reform is the largest of intensity, the extent of the deepest, most extensive , most people are concerned about a reform since the founding country. Quality curriculum and school-based curriculum development are the "construction wings"of the higher vocational course , which has just started school-based curriculum, curriculum reform is the "soft rib" Therefore, Higher education school-based curriculum reform is bound to become the top priority.Higher vocational education is not only a part of higher education, but also is a high-level vocational education, the teaching contents , curriculum etc comparison with the general higher education and basic education ,They have a tremendous difference. Courses are a means to achieve higher vocational education , and the courses are the key to decide the quality of higher vocational education. The key highlight of this is that all schools in the implementation of the national curriculum.Local social and economic development , At the same time , they combined with the university's traditions and strengths , interests and needs of students , developed application for the university's courses .
