The objectives of the new curriculum reform is"to every student's development" ,it emphasize converting the learning method and giving full play to students which will directly generate changes in teacher's teaching method. Changing teacher's teaching method is begin from changing their instructional design.Because instructional design is a"bridge subject"which linking up teaching theory with teaching practice. It focuses on systematic arrangement under the direction of new teaching idea,it is the first step for teachers to experience and apprehend of new teaching idea.Instructional design as a formal subject was raised in 1960s, constructivism- oriented instructional design is developed along with the appearing of the study theory of constructivism.The study theory of constructivism mainly emphasis on four elements, such as context, collaboration, conversation and meaning construction, it advocates the idea of student-centered. The high normal universities are training bases of the future teachers,whether can they train excellent teachers or not will directly determine the full implementation of the new curriculum reform. As a key course of Shanghai and a compulsory curriculum for students who major in fine art education in normal universities,"teaching and learning theory of fine art"have been teaching students with constructivism , changing the class state of teacher-centered,the students should give lectures on the platform themselves and study with themselves. and remarkable results have been achieved.On the basis of the experiment the"teaching and learning theory of fine art"have gained from teaching practice for many years, I summarized from the aspects of theory and practice. And to make a further attempt of constructivism-oriented instructional design in the course of"teaching and learning theory of fine art".constructivism-oriented instructional design has a twofold task: one is the learning environment design,to create the suitable envionment for the students to construct their own knowledge, this is external causes which promote students learning.Another task is to design some teaching strategies arousing students'capability of self-regulated learning, this is internal causes which promote students'self-regulated learning and constructing their own knowledge。In this paper, the instructional design of " teaching and learning theory of fine art" as an example. To design in accordance with the learning environment, learning process and teaching evaluation of constructivist. Learning environment, I try to design the problem-based learning environment, design the mission book and the "rules of the game" , design the cooperative learning environment and the real situations. Learning process, I expounded from the design of the teaching objectives, design the teaching strategies and the teaching methods. Among them, I introducted the instruction design of teaching strategies,such as the Scaffolding Instruction, Anchored Instruction, Random Access Instruction etc.I designed and tried several learning methods such as self-study, cooperative study, research study, and "learning by doing". Teaching evaluation, I designed a multifactor evaluation system from the evaluation subject, evaluation in contents, evaluation method. And constructed a framework of instructional design centering on learners which is suited to the teaching of theory class in the normal college .The impact of teachers to the students not only his academic attainments but also his wisdom of teaching. Instructional design is the embodiment of teachers'personalization, but also the flashes of teachers'wisdom. In the new era, the teachers are not only administrators of teaching, transfers of knowledge, but also should be the instructional designers. Soak up advanced educational ideas, becoming a personalized instructional designers is a constantly pursued aim to every teacher!...
