Teacher-student interaction affects the student academic achievement, the study interest and the teachers'career development. The new curriculum reform initiates humanist. In the elementary school classroom, teacher-student interaction had the very big change and improvement,。Majority of front-line teachers generally take seriously questions on the effectiveness of classroom and group use of cooperative learning. but transformed teachers and students'interaction still has many problems and insufficiency. In the classroom, mostly, the teacher questioned and pupils replied. The whole classroom is filled with asking, instead of pouring. Students , the learner in the classroom ,have few opportunity to express their views. Between the teachers and students , the way of question and answer, the issues raised in order to group activities as the main forms of learning activities, there are many problems. The existence of these questions has affected the classroom effectiveness.This research profits from the research results ---the domestic and the foreign about teacher-student interaction. Using the literature law, the method of inspection, method of the interview, the researcher mainly entered the class, including Chinese class, Mathematics class, English class of Xingxue Street elementary school of Zhangdian District, Zibo city in Shandong Province, to research the condition of teachers and pupils'interaction. In the classroom the researcher observed the main teachers and students'interaction form. ----the form of ask and answer ,the form of group coorperation, thought that in these two forms, the question shallow, the group moves lacks teacher's instruction, the group moves not pursuing the actual effect and so on are the main questions which exist in the present elementary school classroom. From viewer and practitioner's angle, The author has a new understanding and awareness in the teacher-student interaction of the primary-school classroom . First of all, classroom teaching in the teacher-student interaction should be effective interaction, in an interactive teaching materials, we should try to tap the value of all-round development and enhance the quality of life of students. Clever design steps of teachers and students of the activities can make the students actively thinking , can effectively train students in various capacities. Second, the teacher-student interaction in the classroom teaching is the interaction of equality. It reflected in the teacher-student relationship of equality and equality between two aspects. Teacher-student relationship of equality in the classroom teaching change students from the traditional "listener" gradually into the interlocutors involved in classroom activities. By listening, teachers understand the spiritual world of the students as a unique person. Between teachers and students , they meet personality, spiritual exchanges, spiritual understanding with each other , they have created and shared a real education.Equality among the students is reflected in the exchange of learning. In collaborative classroom atmosphere, teachers can truly become the organizers of teaching activities, guide, collaborators . Third, the classroom teacher-student interaction is real interaction. Real teacher-student interaction refers to the teachers and students can become involved with this wholeheartedly, teachers encourage students to express their ideas and experiences and to reflect on and fully tap the initiative of students so that they can consciously participate in educational activities, play a main role in achieving the improvement of personal qualities. This is the only way to achieve our aim of education. In further understanding and awareness of the classroom teaching in the teacher-student interaction, the researcher proposed the effectively strategy.
