Keyboard Teaching Content And Methods Of The Older Universities

Electric piano---an instrument as the product of high-tech era, is soon welcomed and praised by elderly people since it is introduced into the elderly education. The setting up of electric piano class offers elderly college a well music course and a way of learning music for elderly people at the same time.Due to the specificity of the teaching object, the electric piano course for elderly people certainly has specificity, which is different from common electric piano course. The deeper and deeper contacting and observation during the teaching process with the elderly college members makes me believe that the music learning brings change on the body and mind to the elderly people. And also gradually makes me having a deep understanding of the teaching objectives and academic purpose of elderly education.However, as to the development of music education of elderly people in our country, the theory goes far than the practice. The elderly college rises up in the early 1980's,but there is no teaching system and theory system accordingly. With the emergence of Gerontology and Gerontologicalpsychology, the elderly education moves on. When the electric piano education was just starting to expand, the theory didn't keep up.This thesis is based on the research of predecessors, and combines with my own experience which is concluded,extracted and examined by the practical course teaching. This thesis is relatively a complete course content and methods of electric piano teaching which tries to present the full view of nowadays elderly music education. These methods and references concluded strive to make breakthrough on the aspect of course content and methods during the development of electric piano education for elderly people to a more standard and suitable level.
