Since the promulgation of the Mathematics Curriculum Standards, math instruction has gone through series of effective and efficient reforms. However, many different problems still remain in the area of high school math instruction, among which the most conspicuous problem is how to promote learners' enthusiasm and motivation, extricating them from the suffering of the sea of academic problems. Thus, they can actually achieve the transform from the exam-oriented learning to interest-oriented learning. But the problem that in what way they can achieve this transform from pain-taking learning to happiness-enjoying one has been a down-to-earth issue remaining to be solved for us math instructors for quite a long time. Fortunately, however, we have Du Langkou High School in Shangdong Province who sets us a good example to follow. They have successfully done much exploring in these aspects and what's more, they have set up a mode so-called Du Langkou Mode. However, while so many schools all over the country are enjoying the experience of the mode, some others are beginning to wonder what the true spirit of this mode is and whether or not we can just footprint what exactly they have been doing. If not then, how can we integrate it with our own reality and increase the efficiency of classroom instruction?Considering all the aspects we mentioned above, we employ this essay to introduce and explore the theoretical facts or evidence of the Du Mode on the basis of integration and investigation, and upon this, we then put forward the specific strategies and practice in course of following the mode in math classroom instruction. And, after further study and survey in every detail, the author of this essay then advances the general regulations of the Du Mode and the organizational style of math classroom management in the case of our school reality. A number of specific teaching cases are then explored as the next step to identify and support what we raised after the previous research and investigation, the teaching cases include: rational number addition, absolute value, letter-labeled figures, sides of triangles and others.
