Since the implementation of family planning policy,which made great contribution to the control of the rapid growth of the population in China,for 30 years,our society shares the benefits of this policy.But there is a series of side effect,including the rise of shidu family.The single-child family contributes to the development of our country,but the parents of shidu family who lost their only child suffer from the predicament of spirit and economy.loss of independence Family is the consequences.Single person are facing the loss of pension difficulties,psychological torture,such as multiple tests,on the verge of collapse.Policy of "short board" so that the "losing“the-only-child”family " became a special group in society,causing life,psychological crises of a family,make a family facing the unknown risks.Economy back into poverty to make up,and the trauma has been accompanied by the loss of life alone.Social concern losing “the-only-child”family has just revealed,a variety of systems,services not yet mature,in fact,lost the only family still in pain self-healing stage,without being guided.In this paper,a street(Z city of S province)in the loss of independence for the elderly as the research object,through personal contacts and in-depth interviews on a certain understanding of the facing pension problems and spiritual needs,improve the economic aid amount of the family,formulate relevant heart counseling courses to help them walk out from the haze,meet the needs of the family alone lost the body and mind,to help solve the problems they face in essence.The main content of this thesis consists of the following aspects: the first part is the analysis on the current situation of relief needs of the family alone lost by interviews with the object of research;the second part is the reasons behind the real needs of people and the loss of independence needs hidden analyses;the third part mainly discusses the necessity and feasibility of the social work intervention in the family assistance for the loss of independence.The fourth part uses the relevant social work theory to use the case,the group,the community of the three intervention mode for the loss of independence family intervention,integration of all aspects of resources,to provide practical help for the loss of independence family.
