Under the new curriculum background essay on the reconstruction of classroom teaching. In the context of modern life, the traditional writing theory ignored the study on the process of writing, but concentrated on the composition of articles"hardwares",such as the theme,the structure,language specific characteristics .The writing process is short of dynamic grasp , especially when the writing activity is not treated as a continuous internal cognitive process. There are many flaws in teaching writing. In the new course environment, the value of new ideas and significance has been more and more emphasized.However people possibility is not very sufficient to their cognition and assurance. Along with the new Chinese curriculum standarded going deep,people have had a multi-angle and multi-level understanding on the new concept of the Chinese curriculum though practicing .What's more collision come out among different understanding and view. As well,the concept of new Chinese curriculum needs a more long-time and in-deofh discussion between theory and the practice.This study environment based on the new curriculum.With language courses standards advocated by the new ideas, new language courses through inspection concept in the teaching of writing the value and content, and fully learn from foreign advanced teaching of the mother tongue writing experience (especially Japan's"life Writing"teaching ideas and Europe and the United States"Writing Group"practical experience) on the basis of language courses to new research based on the concept of teaching writing demonstrated by the multiple value and significance, as well as its level in practice evolved by the basic strategy to carry out the process of composition teaching research, and explore new forms of teaching writing to construct new type of composition teaching mode. In language courses to new ideas and dialogue between teaching practice to students, "I know, intelligence, and Italy" for the overall development goals through diverse, integrated in the form of joint participation in the activities of teachers and students in the course to enable students to understand their personality, learning exchanges and cooperation and promote the overall development of student writing. Writing in the implementation of classroom teaching, mainly as follows: in many ways the various ways in teaching activities at any time, the main body of writing that students awareness of the full attention of students writing process, the new attention on the learning process of writing intervention the students focus on self-revision and mutual self-revision etc.Therefore, we believe that the new language courses based on the concept of writing in the classroom teaching practice-oriented level developed by the basic strategy, concerned that the multiple classroom teaching value and meaning of teaching writing to explore this "language teaching has always been the focus and difficult "The practical significance.
