Through the analysis of present situation and problems of school based training in our country . It showed the practical significance and value of this theory . Finally , with the surport of related modern education theory , it brought out the practical strategy on how to carry out the school based training , and explored the new path on it . And it provided the new patern for the development of the teachers'career . At the same time , it has analyzed the present problem and shortage of carrying out the methods of school based training .
