"For a project of vital and lasting importance, education the first; for education, teachers the first."the reform of education calls for teacher's accomplishments being carried to a new and a higher level. Just as it is often said, good education needs good teachers. Focusing on the summer teacher training in a school in Shandong Province in 2008 and 2009, this article elaborates on accomplishments of math teachers in high school, and it is pointed out that, about the accomplishments of teachers in high school, moral education is the essence, intellectual accomplishment is the basis, capacity is the key, research is the sublimation, cooperation is the habit, information accomplishment is assurance, and cultural accomplishment is fundamental. Based on the accomplishments mentioned above, this article researches on enhancement of the accomplishments of math teachers in this school to discuss how to enhance the accomplishments of math teachers in high school. From this article, it is hoped that more and more teachers are encouraged to research on the accomplishments of teachers in high school,This article is composed of four chapters: the first chapter introduced the origin, aims, literature review, the methods and the process of the study ; The second chapter explains the accomplishments of math teachers in high school with the related definition;The third chapter attempt thinking about how to enhance the accomplishments of math teachers in high school;The fourth chapter describes the inspiration from the research as well as outlook of the future and reflections on this subject. This article places great importance on actual presentation through qualitative research and literature research methods.
