School is the base for training talents and teacher is the mentor of training talents. The key point of the development of the education is teachers, so, high-qualified teachers'team is the indispensable power which pushing the development of education. Nowadays, the establishment of the socialist market economy requires the flow of human resources among the whole society in order to make talents play a role in a suitable work position. As teacher has a main status in human resources, the establishment of socialist market economy needs teacher's flow.Teachers have more autonomy along with the continuous teachers' appointment system, so it is inevitable that the teacher's flow become one part of social human sources'flow. Reasonable teachers'flow is two-way. For schools, teachers'inflow and outflow create a kind of dynamic condition; it injects fresh blood to school and keep school's vitality and vigor; it make teachers equilibrium and promote the healthy development of school. However, in many places, it appears the teachers'unreasonable one-way flow, such as flowing from developing areas to developed areas, from ordinary schools to the key schools etc. This kind of phenomenon will affect the construction of teacher mobility mechanism, so teachers flow is a kind of out of control and display a disorder and malignant state; thus makes the loss of teachers. Moreover, the loss of teachers produces negative influences: the quality of running a school, the school's benefit, the school's reputation and so on. It hampers the teacher team's construction and the development of education seriously.So during the period of social transition, deepening education reform, and promoting quality-oriented education, it is meaningful that applying scientific methods to investigate evaluate and analyze the loss of teachers. If we find the reason of teachers'loss and give some constructive suggestions, it will be stabilizing teachers'team and promote the development of school.This paper will define the concept of the loss of teacher based on accessing relevant information and investigating the present situation of the loss of teachers. The writer applied the qualitative research and took the example of H middle school; through collect and analyze the in-depth interview with y teacher of H school, the writer intend to present the whole psychological changing of Y; and combining the interviewing materials of school leaders and other teachers, it means digging the cause of teacher's loss in the school management culture level, the writer try to give the administrators revelation that the importance of human-orientation; at the mean time, the writer will give some comments and advices such as: improving schools system, strengthening the democratic management, configuring teaching resources, reducing teachers'burden; Strengthening teachers'management, planning teachers'career, meeting teachers demands and stimulating teaching motivation.
