The Education Of The University Campus Crisis Intervention System Study

With the expanding of university and the development of market economy, there is no more peace in the university campus. The campus crisis occasionally happens, especially the case of Majiajue that took place in 2004. It has already earned the attention from the society and many of the scholars devoted themselves to the research of this phenomenon, while most of which are focusing on the interference when the campus crisis happens and on the dealing of the aftermath of the campus crisis. But due to the research, we can say that the campus crisis we see are only the iceberg, the latent period is in fact the key of this campus crisis. It is more efficient and actionable to implement interference before the campus crisis happening in campus, since it is quite a new aspect; it has not yet gained much attention from other scholars.In order to have a better understanding of the campus crisis and to see the very reason for the crisis, the paper, with the help of self-designed survey, gained information of the political beliefs, psychological problems, and campus crisis in the university students in campus and analyses the main reason for the problems by adopting documental method and comparative method . The results, concluded from the survey listed below: 1, from an overall aspect, besides the utilitarianism, pragmatisms and being suspected in Marxism, the beliefs in university students are mainly positive. 2, there is a general problem for most of the universities students like the lack of social skills, the pressure in study and the deficiency in psychological counseling. 3, the campus was challenged by security problems, like emergencies, and the lack of experiences when facing the occurrence incidences. And most of which are the result of the falling of morality and humanity and the lost of the spirit of education.The paper emphasizes on giving systematic education interference advises and solutions to the campus crisis by analyzing the crisis in beliefs, in mind and in security. With the help of setting up a group of fellows to assist the interference education, to establish the principle and system of interference education, the author gives solutions including enforcing the ideology education and politics and the security education, the setting up of the counseling system, more social activities and campus culture activities, to build up the interference education system, in order to build a harmonious campus by avoiding or reducing the campus crisis.
