Pe Teachers Occupational Stress Caused By The Research, Analysis And Countermeasures

With the rapid development of global knowledge-based economy and accelerate pace of social progress, the fierce competition enabled people to feel all the pressures from various quarters in society, the load of psychological increasingly heavier. Under the circumstances, the study revealed the occupational stresses and concerned about the pressure and to ease the pressure on the career of the coping strategies of the university P.E. teachers, it can help the university P.E. teachers to arouse the self-reflection on occupational stresses. Thereby it can promote the university P.E. teachers to seeking for self-coping strategies on occupational stresses actively. The study not only can help the community to understand the nature of the university P.E. teachers, but also can help the departments of educational administrations and school administrators to make managements and decision-making policies. The study had put forward some suggestions to relieve the occupational stresses for the university P.E. teachers. The author had put forward the corresponding advice in hopes of improve the physical and mental health for the university P.E. teachers.Through the methods of literature review and questionnaire, this study investigated the occupational stresses and resignation tendency , the occupational stresses and further education of the university P.E. teachers in henan province. Also the author discussed the original stress and self-countermeasures of the university P.E. teachers in henan province. The study shows that the age structure in universities is more rational, there are certain continuities for the teams of university P.E. teachers, but the structure of education qualification and the ranks needs to be further enhanced. The structure of age, education qualification and ranks needs to be improved and enhanced in the private Colleges. The results indicate that the university P.E. teachers in henan province are faced with high stresses on average, and the resignation tendency is seriously. But the private Colleges are seriously than Universities. Both the private Colleges and Universities P.E. teachers have different occupational stresses in the cognitive of further education, but both of them are showing a similar point in face of further education on occupational stresses. The University P.E teachers sources of occupational stress in gender, age, qualifications, titles and other demographic variables are differences. There are some different on the sources of stress in the private Colleges and Universities. Comparatively, the stress of living is prominent in the private Colleges. On the whole, the sources of stress is showing on school management, self-development and student management. The self-countermeasures in private Colleges and Universities are not on the same. But on the whole, the self-countermeasures were used actively in university P.E. teachers in henan province.
