Objective This study selected secondary vocational school teachers in Shanxi Province as the research object, identify the main factors affecting occupational stress, so as to optimize the working environment of teachers, to reduce occupational stress, enhance health and improve their ability to provide some scientific basisMethods Descriptive epidemiological method and the cross-sectional study, in Shanxi Province Taiyuan, Jinzhong, Changzhi, Yangquan, Datong and Yuncheng city had taken six of 500 secondary medical schools in-service teachers were investigated.results Different groups of occupational stress in teachers, a comparative analysis of job tasks of male teachers than female teachers in the pressure to participate in leisure activities are more rational and doing things better and psychological stress responses of female teachers than male teachers, strong;young teachers in particular the 5-year seniority is not within the mandate and tasks prone to ambiguity and tension response was strong, age above 40 years old and the seniority of more than 20 years, the best teachers in coping resources;title of the higher professional commitment to the task of teachers more, there is not the mandate and role ambiguity The fewer resources have a greater response, stress response to low.In the personality of teachers was found mainly through the influence of personality and personal resources professional tasks, thus indirectly affecting stress reaction. Eysenck Personality Questionnaire scores in four dimensions higher, that personality tends to extroversion, emotional instability, impersonal, and social maladjustment, and cover up, false teachers feel more professional tasks more pressure response to stress also increased.the teachers personality analysis, the vast majority (78.7%), teacher's personality characteristics within or for the inward-looking orientation, emotional common (86.0%), stable or relatively stable,23.8% of the teacher's personality or spirit of the tendency of the spirit of nature quality.Conclusions We can see from the above aspects of occupational stress in teachers in a relatively serious problem,education authorities, teachers and social work, care for the overall health of teachers. teacher training and educational management in the course of a series of policies and measures to mitigate and eliminate the adverse effects of occupational stress. To control not only from an objective source of stress, but also help teachers to adjust from the subjective awareness, improve the ability to cope with stress, thereby promoting physical and mental health of teachers and enhance the positive work of teachers and improve teaching ability.Only physical and mental health of teachers to guide the healthy development of young people, so concerned about the occupational health of teachers we have long way to go.
