Multimedia technology and the rapid development of information superhighway, not only changed people's production and life, and is changing people's thinking and learning. In order to adjust the information age, change the social education on human needs, and actively use and making full use of the advantages of multimedia network, to continuously update the concept of education, innovative teaching and learning, improve the teaching methods, efficient high-quality personnel in order to keep up with the times pace of development. At present, Internet technology is undergoing a new round of revolution:the development from the traditional to the present Web 1.0 age to Web2.0 age, technically, in theory, have a great new breakthrough. Internet going Web2.0 is now a profound change in a comprehensive manner from the site, the system platform to the application software, end users are constantly changing.Research topics in theory and practice of two areas. In theory, the first of web 1.0 age web based on courses, and then defined based on the technology and web2.0 age features, the last of the network based on web2.0 education program features unique, and that based on web2.0 of online course design. Web2.0 web-based courses, including courses interactive operation module, the main function of the network set up courses for teachers and students can freely choose their online course to learn, and interactive operations, based on RSS technology blog group for the use of main function modules blog records the process of learning, students can post build learning resources to achieve the learning resources, other students can subscribe via RSS tools in a timely manner, based on AJAX techniques without refreshing the main function of the forum for the use of the forum for the online course learners to create interactive communication way, participate in discussions can freely express post, communicate with each other online test module to achieve the main function of the development of online testing for the use of the students can grasp the learning process and learning to master the situation, works of interactive evaluation module for students to show their work to provide a platform, students can be their own work to rate the other students, find out the advantages and disadvantages, display on student work.The study of the characteristics embodied in:the web web 1.0 course of the functions and characteristics; web2.0 web-based education program features unique characteristics; innovatively designed and implemented group based on RSS technology blog module and, for AJAX techniques without refreshing the forum, making the network to adapt the course curriculum using the platform for learners; with high efficiency, high security system development concept to guide the development web2.0 web-based course and applied in practice. Chapter III, on the web2.0 functionality of network design courses. Chapter IV, detailed online course in the realization of Web2.0 functionality. Chapter V, describes the system test results, the research work and outlook the future.
