Self-regulated learning, which not only helps students improve their academic standard, but also helps them develop their lifelong learning and development, has always been an important issue for Educators and psychologists. According to the new concept of curriculum reform, based on modern Pedagogy and Psychology theories, the practice on developing learner autonomy was carried out in the course of one semester. The Main contents of this article are:In the introduction, following the background of the research and the importance of this work, analyzes the limitations of the current domestic and international research on self-regulated learning and at last puts forward the research problem and the methods of the research. In Chapter 2, defines the term of self-regulated learning, clarifies the characteristics of the issue and analyzes the inner and the outer factors which affect the ability of self-learning, humanistic psychology, constructivism, zone of proximal development, these are all included to give a theoretical basis to this work.Chapter 3, in order to enhance the ability of high school student in self-regulated mathematical learning, we can do from learning motivation, cognitive strategies, metacognition level and quality will. And the problem-based teaching model can be used to develop students self-learning ability. The fourth chapter introduces the questionnaire, which was conducted in Jingbian High School of Shaanxi Province. According to the survey results, the paper analyzes the problems in respondents' mathematics self-learning and the reason for these problems. The next chapter is the practice of cultivating students' autonomous learning ability in Mathematics teaching of high school. Using the problem-based teaching model and some means in the practice, we summarize the practice results. In Chapter 6, we have a summary and outlook of this work. The main conclusions are:under Problem-based teaching model, enhancing the factors of self-learning is useful to develop students self-learning ability. In high school mathematics teaching, Problem-based teaching model can stimulate students'interest in learning, and make students appreciate the value of mathematics and understand mathematical thinking deeply. Thus, it is useful. In addition to this, in problem-based teaching activities, students'ability to ask questions, analyze problems and solve problems is improved.
