After about 30 years'development, private universities grows out of nothing, from infancy to maturity, has formed a certain scale and structure, also has a certain characteristic. The existence rationality and the inevitability of higher education established privately have been practiced proved, the education management and student cultivation are two important duty in higher education institutions established privately, and it is also an important and valuable topic in the modernization progress of higher education.From the present situation of higher education in China, many people have different opinions about private universities teaching management and cultivating students' work, i t is not only a starting point of this paper but also a important topic regarding the improvement of education management and private college students work.This paper consider that although the education management aimed to education and cultivate students aimed to student themselves, but in fact these two problems is the same problem of two sides, both are common in private universities ability. Therefore, based on the private universities in the psychological state analysis of teachers and student, this paper make Guangdong Baiyun institute for example and research toward the college students' quality, faculty. Professional setting, education funds, scientific research development, management etc, and on this basis, aim to our private universities this group, for improving teaching quality, increasing scientific research strength and improve the students work ge some countermeasures in order to improve the comprehensive teaching private colleges in China and let it could get ability in higher education under the rapid development and develop the core competitiveness of. private universities.
