With the gradual improvement of the level of modernization in China,on the one hand,people meet their basic material needs,began to gradually focus on the long term,began to gradually realize that knowledge can be a considerable extent to consolidate or even enhance their own happiness.On the other hand,the great development of society is also increasingly need more high-quality talent.So the importance of education began to highlight.In this social environment,as an important part of the development of China's education system,the core competitiveness of institutions of higher learning began to increasingly by the state.After a period of university enrollment,the degree of development of colleges and universities in China is obviously uneven,which led to some of the colleges and universities between the core competitiveness of the gap between the obvious.In view of this situation,although the national and government levels have taken measures to provide support for China's colleges and universities to improve their core competitiveness,but the academic competitiveness gap between colleges and universities exist.The research of this thesis is divided into three parts.First of all,it discusses the relevant connotation and composition of academic competitiveness in colleges and universities,and makes a comprehensive study on the related research of academic competitiveness in colleges and universities.After that,the author chooses the three colleges in Fujian Province to carry on the example analysis,has carried on the academic competition,this paper summarizes the factors restricting the development of academic competitiveness in colleges and universities,and puts forward some suggestions and management strategies from the national government level and the university level.
