Optimizing The Empirical Study Of The Shanghai Community Management

The author, who work in Jingan District of Shanghai, have strong interests in community administration, she also has been involved in the optimization of community administration of Jingan District. This research article make a research on a case study of trial of optimization in community administration of Jingan District by the observation of the whole optimizing process and Analysis on the results. Meanwhile, both domestic and abroad well known community administration systems were quoted by the author in the research article. The research which is applicable for community administration system in Shanghai will propose the ideas and suggestions on optimizing community administration system further for the whole Shanghai city.The full text altogether divides into four parts.Introductory remarks part:the brief introduction of the main principle of community administration concept and research results of domestic and abroad academic fields.The First chapter:the research of typical community administrative system models both domestic and abroad. In this case, the author will emphasize on the analysis of the advantage and the implementing troubles of community administration system in Shanghai, that is governments with 2 levels, and administration with 3 levels, by comparison of typical community administration system both domestic and abroad. The purpose is to indicate the background of community administration model optimization of Jingan District in the following text.The second chapter:The case study of optimization of community administration system of Jingan District, Shanghai. The research look back the basic the general profiles of changes, optimizing process, the trial of new administrative means including determine and construction of "6 departments and 1 center", as well as the changed results, problems and the solutions feasibility analysis of community administration system of Jingan District for several times.The third chapter:to grope the optimization of Shanghai community administration system. The author will conclude the grasped principles of future work of optimizing community administration system from the case study of Jingan District. And also propose her ideas and suggestions on optimizing community administration system.
