Study Of Students' Community Culture Construction

The construction of college students'community culture is an important component of campus culture. It has the basic characteristics of a campus culture, social culture, as well as the shadow of corporat culture. The construction of college students'community culture is an important part of campus culture. The study of college students community culture can not only expand and enrich the content of campus culture but also promote the development of social culture. College students' community is mainly composed by the students and their living area which includes sports venues, study areas in or outside the university. The students'community has a special population, structure, and psychological factors.Based on the theory of community, our study focus on some concepts dealing with the construction of college community culture.From the current survey of college students'activities and their living area, the study will display some problems of construction of college community culture. Different focus from the previous reseach, the analysis briefly explores four aspects,that is,the system of college community management; the characteristics of college students community;the needs of college studentsand the formation of the net culture.Through the allocation of college students'community culture in our country and based on the data of survey, the research proposes some constructive strategies which follow three principles:upholding the spirit of humanism; taking muliti-level management;and objective gradual procedure. Founded on the construction of community culture hardware, the design of academic and recreation activities, standard system of management and formation of students'behavior, the constructive strategies would include five aspects of college students' commumnity culture:how to emphasize the community culture; the support on construction of community group; self-reliant community management; the development of extracurricular activities and cyber culture.
