| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China’s higher education has entered a new stage of high-quality development.With the transformation of the concept of national governance,it has become a general consensus that multiple subjects participate in the governance of colleges and universities.How to mobilize various social forces to participate in the construction and development of schools,so that colleges and universities can truly become a source of power to condense spiritual strength,achieve cultural revitalization,and stimulate social innovation capabilities,is an important issue that cannot be ignored in the construction of governance systems and governance capabilities in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities are innovative communities that bring together a large number of professional talents,and are also the basic unit of social governance.The cultural construction of college communities can not only play a role in cultivating social talents,but also play a positive role in guiding and leading the development of the entire social culture.How to give full play to the positive role of social workers in the process of building community culture in colleges and universities,and how to use the concepts and methods of social work to promote the cultural development of college communities have become important issues for social work to participate in college community governance.From the standpoint of social workers,this research uses the method of community survey to investigate and analyze the basic situation of the construction of community culture in L colleges and universities.It sorted out the resources,advantages and existing problems of community cultural construction,and carried out practical research on social work around the problem of improving students’ attachment to the community and their sense of cultural belonging.The purpose is to explore the paths and methods for social work to help the construction of community culture in colleges and universities.This research adopts group work,community work and other methods to extensively mobilize all forces in the school to participate in the construction of community culture.By strengthening school history education,sharing community stories,encouraging diverse participation,and designing and producing a student growth record handbook,it strives to guide students to record their own life.School life and other methods,and implement the concept of "advance the work of alumni to the whole process of school learning".The participation of social work in the construction of campus culture has not only widely mobilized the multiple main forces of university culture construction and enriched the connotation of campus culture construction,but also improved the structure of university community governance,improved the level of governance,and contributed to the realization of the modernization of university governance.a useful attempt. |
