| 'Enhancing independent innovation capacity and building an inno-vative country'is a core of our development strategy. In case of lack of research innovation, research universities as a main force in our original innovations plays an important role, teachers as their most important resource, and a major force in the research and innovation, is an ultimate responsible of research innovation. To encourage teachers to assume this historical mission, building a reasonable and fair scientific evaluation system is very essential, which can mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers in scientific research, encourage innovation and potential of teachers and create a primitive scientific research.This study based on the literature of research performance evaluation system and teachers'research performance construct theoretical research model and hypotheses, and select a research university teachers as empirical research object to in-depth investigate in scientific evaluation system, as well as impact on their teachers of research performance. With the help SPSS.13, EXCEL and other statistical tools,I do some analysis to the research results, such as descriptive analysis, variance analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, and ultimately achieve the following main conclusions:Teachers have lower degree of subjective identity to research and evaluation system,and teachers commonly recognize that the current system of research evaluation system have a markedly improved influence on research performance. The teacher has differences in the age, job title and expertise that impact in the perception that the teacher to the research and evaluation system.The individual characteristics that job title and work experience have significantly different attitude to the performance of research; through factor analysis, teacher's performance in task of research can be subdivided into the source output of research, as well as the ramification of research results; the performance in relationship can be carved up to the quality of life and job spontaneity.; research evaluation system of research-based university have nothing impact in the performance in relationship of research, but it have a significant role in promoting scientific research, the quality of life of teachers and job sponity.At the end, based on research and evaluation theory, performance management theory, psychological contract theory, this paper give some suggestions to the reform of research evaluation system. |
