The research-based teaching plays an irreplaceable role in training students' practical ability, spirit of innovation and other aspects, it can be opened in a separate "research-based learning" courses to implement, also through our teaching activities among the various disciplines. At present, the status of implementation Research Teaching in Normal Colleges is not optimistic. Normal Colleges as a commitment to the task of basic education teacher training, although in theory the study of teaching to do a considerable amount of research, however, in practice there is no Normal Colleges in teaching the real implementation of the research teaching, and in the culture of teaching, it also don t play the role of excellence teachers should be. There are many reasons for this phenomenon, the basic reason is that schools do not give full play to the management functions of teaching and form a complete research university teaching system.To effectively implement research-based teaching in higher normal college, this paper analyzes and researches the Teachers College' Research Teaching, main tasks include the following:First, It studies the status of implementation Research Teaching through questionnaires and individual interviews of Teachers Colleges. Second, It studies the university of the meaning and potential of teaching the basic concepts in order to reveal the nature of university research teaching characteristics; Third, It studies the type of university teaching research to clarify the implementation of university research teaching approaches and the basic form; Fourth, focus on the subject of research-based curriculum development, academic research on the implementation of teaching, research-based teaching of subjects Evaluation and Research Teaching Teachers Colleges four aspects of management studies. Obtained by studying the following basic conclusions:1. The essence of curriculum development based on research subjects is that:it needs to teach students the basic knowledge from the "logical subjects organized" into "the logic of the organization of activities."2. The "non-subject-oriented research-teaching" as the basic implementation of the form and amount of interspersed "topic of research-teaching" the implementation of the form in the implementation of the academic classroom teaching research-based teaching.3. The evaluations of interdisciplinary research-based teaching is only building a "student development-oriented" evaluation system in order to better promote the implementation of research-teaching.4. To effective management the research-based teaching for Teachers in higher normal colleges, it is necessary to establish a management concept with the students and the teachers as the main-bodies, highlight the service of teaching management and of stimulants, and give full play to students and teachers involved in teaching management initiative.
