Investigation And Research Of Non Normal Class Graduates In Higher Normal Universities

The project is aimed at China’s current employment situation,learning about the graduates of non normal colleges employment view, ihope that through investigation and study of this paper, according to thesurvey data analysis employment outlook and problems and influencingfactors of employment concept of college graduates of the current highernormal colleges. This paper selected2013Inner Mongolia NormalUniversity1000non normal graduates as respondents, the questionnairemainly relates to the basic situation of the students, employmentintentions, way of employment, career planning and other factors ofemployment concept.To understand the current situation of non normal class graduatesemployment current situation through survey data, found employment innon normal class graduates problems, mainly including the followingemployment idea too realistic; the employment expectation; employmentdependence, there is herd mentality; entrepreneurship awareness; lack ofoccupation career planning; the lack of ability of self exercise.Through the analysis, the employment current situation of the nonnormal graduates of Higher Normal Colleges has problems and givessome strategies and suggestions for the problems. in the school aspect,must strengthen to the non normal professional emphasis on strength and investment, strengthen the non normal professional propaganda, perfectedfor professional non normal targeted employment view education; at thesocial level, mainly obtains from the employing units and local centers,strengthen interaction with schools; family, parents should activelyencourage and guide the students to form a good concept of employment,establish effective communication between the parents and students; nonnormal class graduates themselves, students are mainly to change theconcept of employment, enhance their employment ability, abandon theemployment psychological problems and do their own occupation careerplanning of non normal students. Through these countermeasures andsuggestions, which is good for the state and school employment playing apositive role in promoting.
