Students' Quality Evaluation Study

In recent years, the university students' pressure in finding jobs has become increasingly heavier. On one hand, the fact that they are hard to finds jobs has become an important problem that aroused universal concern of the whole society. On the other hand, the enterprises feel distressed not to recruit proper talents. The difference of talent demand between universities and enterprises gradually emerges. New challenges are put forward for the university students' quality in the new situation, and higher demands on their practical ability, innovative ability, professional ability, ideological and ethical standard are needed. Only we analyze this difference comprehensively, can we improve and educate these students' qualities and abilities to the point, shoot the arrow at the target and realize mutual benefits and win-win result between universities and enterprises. To analyze the difference in quality assessment between universities and enterprises is the best breakthrough point to find out the difference in talent demand between the former parties, because for years, quality assessment has been widely applied in domestic enterprises, and universities have gradually introduced it, supplemented and improved this assessment system continuously. The quality assessment system reflects the core requirement for talents by universities or enterprises, and it is the standard and specification that universities educate talents and enterprises recruit talents. Therefore, with the quality assessment system of universities and enterprises the study subject, this paper integrates theory with practical research, and deeply analyzes the difference between these units in order to find out the problems that the universities assess their students, e.g., they do not pay enough attention to their students' innovative ability, nor attach great importance to the students' personalities. In this way, the revelation of the enterprises' talent requirements to talents' education by the universities is concluded to build a society demand-oriented quality assessment system for the university students.
