Curriculum implementation is the core link of the new curriculum reform, it is an arduous and complicated system engineering. In the new curriculum reform in full swing today, the significance of implementing the curriculum is particularly important. Ideal curriculum design can only be effectively implemented to make real changes in classroom teaching. The implementation of new curriculum has been implemented for ten years in Shandong Province, and the curriculum implementation achieved certain results in the hard effort of educators. This study is a case study about the curriculum implementation. The author entered DuLangKou secondary school, to understand it's unique management model,"10+35" class time distribution model,"Three Three Six" class teaching model, and so on, and then summarized the success factors of achieving the periodical success, in order to provide some experience for the vast rural areas and even urban secondary schools.The paper concludes five parts:Part one:Introduction. This part is mainly describe the background,purpose and significance,reviews and research methods of the study about curriculum implementation.Part two:Relevant research of curriculum implementation. The first is some definitation. What is curriculum? What is curriculum implementation? Value orientation and influence factors of curriculum implementation. Secondly, explain the concept and the requirements of the new round of curriculum reform,and the general objective and specific goals.In the end, detail and summarize the present situation and the difficulties faced of curriculum implementation in rural secondary school.Part three:Analysis the present situation of curriculum implementation in DuLangKou secondary school. Through the questionnaire and classroom observation, listen to the class and interview the teachers and students to collect data, to present real DuLangKou secondary school.The first is to introduce DuLangKou secondary school,so have a more clear and comprehensive understanding about DuLangKou secondary school. Second is to introduce Cuiqisheng-the headmaster of DuLangKou secondary school, how to save and develop the school.Then is to introduce the class,How about the classroom environment? How teachers and students in class? Through a physical classroom to present the real classroom situation.In the end is the comparative study between DuLangKou secondary school and ShiHe secondary school.Analysis by SPSS to see the differences between two schools? Part four:Analysis the successful factors of DuLangKou secondary school. There are many factors of success, basically have the following:innovation of management model,use multi-layered management systems,classroom model, and the new class evaluation system, the evaluation from the teacher's teaching to the student's learning, from the summary-oritened evaluation to the process-oriented evaluation.These three innovations are the essence of DuLangKou model.Part five:This part is the summary. By understanding about DuLangKou secondary school, describe the inspiration that education wisdom of DuLangKou left us.
