Teaching innovation is the ability based on General teaching ability, to update teaching content, create quality and efficient teaching methods, and establish a new theory of teaching ability. It is a comprehensive capacity that made up by general ability and professional capacity, this ability can grow with the growth of seniority, and have a unique psychological characteristics. In most of the population, teaching innovation is a potential state, and under certain conditions it will be seen from the potential state into the state. It can make students have interests in learning, to achieve effective teaching goal. This study investigated the primary and secondary school teachers' view of the characteristics and laws of the innovative capabilities, to help teachers raise awareness and establish a reasonable idea, to train teachers provide some Foundation for innovation.Based on Interview and open-ended questionnaire with some teachers, this study puts forward a theoretical hypothesis, thus Teachers Teaching innovation Concept survey that is fit for primary schools and middle schools is designed and validity and reliability are tested out. Teachers from Shanxi Province and Ningxia Province are completed the Teachers Teaching innovation Concept survey, the Teachers'Sense of Teaching Efficacy Scale, Hope Scale, to find the features of sex, school age and grade, to explore characteristics of teacher's Teaching innovation.1. Through interviews and open the survey summary and conclusion, teachers think that the most 13 important character of teaching innovation are:Adventure critical, self-confidence, exploration, creative thinking, aggressive, optimistic, diligent practice, kind of democracy, understanding students, love teaching, timely coaching, tolerance of others, to help students.2. By the method of factor analysis, the teacher's Teaching innovation embodies two aspects:which are General ability (Suspected risk, Positive and optimistic, Optimism, Self-confidence), Professional ability (Timely coaching, democracy, Understanding).3. The self-made Teachers Teaching innovation survey has high reliability and validity.4. Overall, primary and secondary school teachers are at a high level of innovation.male teachers on the suspected risk score are higher than female teachers, primary school teachers in a positive and optimistic dimension are significantly higher than high school teachers. The teaching age effect in Suspected risk, Self-confidence, Timely coaching, Understanding are significant, Scores are increased with the rise of teaching age. 4. There is positive correlations between Teaching innovation and hope, There is positive correlations Timely coaching, Optimism and teachers general teaching efficacy, There is Negative correlations between Suspected risk and teachers general teaching efficacy, There is positive correlations between Teachers Teaching innovation and teachers personal teaching efficacy.5. Hope can predict The Teaching innovation significantly; Suspected risk, Optimism, Timely coaching can predict teachers general teaching efficacy; Optimism, Suspected risk, Self-confidence, democracy, Understanding can predict teachers personal teaching efficacy; The Teaching innovation is the mediator between Hope and Teaching Efficacy.
