The employment of college students has been concern to society. Promoting employment of college students conducted extensive research at home and abroad. A large number of studies have consistently shown that college students'Career Search Self-Efficacy are as powerful predictors of ultimate quality of employment which are influenced by attributional style, implicit theory, goal orientation and relationship. Therefore, the subject of this research has certain practical and theoretical significance.In addition, the formation mechanism of efficacy is complex. It's not only impacted by individual experience, but also by self-concept, interpersonal relations, and so on. This study examined the factors on Career Search Self-Efficacy mechanism.A research survey and 2 experiments are included. The nature of the relationship between human agency indices, career search self-efficacy, and relationship is examined. Based on the results of survey, we investigated:(a) the mean differences of implicit theories, training forms as a function of career search self-efficacy training.(b) the mean differences of background of implicit personality theory content as any function of the same career search self-efficacy and Interpersonal training of subjects were randomly assigned to two groups. Conclusion:1. Boys' interpersonal problems than girls', while there are gender and professional effect to the interaction. Girls'career search self-efficacy of was significantly lower than boys, and career search self-efficacy of rural students was significantly lower than who were come from towns and cities.2. Training can reduce interpersonal problems significantly who with higher distress, however, students who have lower interpersonal problems can not benefit on training.3. Incremental theory content on the background will enhance the effectiveness of relationship training. In contrast, entity theory content on the background will weakening or even covers up the training effect.4. Training can improve career search self-efficacy of students, especially for girls and rural one.5. Incremental theory on the background will enhance the effects of the career search self-efficacy training and entity theory will weaken them.6. Those watch success stories in employment having greater change in career search self-efficacy as a result of training than those give skills training and job skills study. 7. For the experimental completion of the reinforcement different methods had no effect to career search self-efficacy training. On the retention rate of participants, the reinforcement method in training is most conducive on the participants' maintain, reinforcement before training is the second, and no reinforcement worst.
