Zhengzhou City To Promote The Employment Patterns Of College Students

At present, China is staying in the initial stage of higher education popularity, and the difficulties of college students'employment is cropping up and becoming one of widespread problem concerned in the whole society. How to solve the problem is very important. First, it is related to the social stability. Full employment is a social "stabilizer", and unemployment is "oscillators", which directly effects the stabilization, development and the realizing of fair and just in our society. Second, i it is related to the effective implementation of the strategy through science and education. If graduation is synonymous to unemployment for college students, it means a loss to the nation and individual. Studying of local government in the promotion of employment of university students in the process of the function and role has a strong practical significance.There are five chapters in this paper. This study focused on government in Zhen Zhou tying to promote employment patterns of college students. Zhen Zhou municipal government in solving the employment problems of university students carried out a series of useful exploration in practice. This paper tries to promote the employment mode of university students in Zhen Zhou city as a case, analyze the roles of local government in the promotion of employment of university students as follows:Government to exercise creativity, enhance the employability of university students to pursue the promotion of employment, constantly upgrade and improve the level of employment of university graduates in public service, strive to improve the employment environment of university students, and set up employment bases, etc. The model in successfully promoting employment of university students works in local conditions creatively. But it also should be noted that the model in some respects is still not perfect. For example, some policies have short-term effects, and some policy measures to implement the difficulties, some of the policy in the implementation process deviated from the target, ineffective supervision of the job market. I try to make some response to suggestions from further transform government functions until the system was established. At the same time, provide a reference for other local governments in promoting the employment of college students.
