The living world's research contains the criticism to the spirit of modern science, which is the foundation of all science and culture. Now we live in a world of rational science and technology, which ignore the living world we live in. But the living world is creating our roles and behavior patterns, controlling our spiritual life, and operating our minds, feelings, manners and consciousness. As the subjective people, the floating children have their own living world. In their living world, through their own subjectivity, they interact with the living environment and the people around, and constantly sum up the experience of life. This is also a process of children's "education", the process that the children format the subjective consciousness, and the process the children inherit, reflect and re-transmit life experiences. The studies on the floating children's education are always around the issue of the children's school education, which makes us easy to neglect the home education and the social education's influence to the children. Therefore, beginning on the children's educational fields received attention to, and taking the frame of "the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Children"as the research background, this research expects to investigate the floating children's life domain comprehensively, and causes people pay more attention to the floating children's living world, and then reflects on the mainstream concept of education.This research uses qualitative research methods, specifically uses interviews and participant observation, through deep into the lives of the floating children on school, family and community , experiences and percepts their lives together. This finding shows that the floating children's school education, family education and social education have many problems. The school education aspect, it is difficult to solve the going to school question as before, the quality of school education is still not ideal, and students' some daily lives lack of"the control"and the guidance. The home education aspect, lack of concern for children affects children's passion for the city, father's absence causes the family structure imbalance which affects the children's regular education, and parents'expectations on children are actually rational. The community education aspect, the living conditions can impact on the floating children and the influences are from the dual-level social environment of urban and rural. In general, the floating children also have their own perception and response.This study concludes that we should re-examine the concept of "education", have the equal right to home education and social education, and ensure children's overall development. Solely focusing on which stratification is not able to change the floating children's education question, and cannot meet the daily needs of the floating children. At the same time, we must affirm that the children enjoy the protective right, so that they can obtain a good living environment. We must also affirm and consent the right of children's participation and development, so that they can develop into the rational and complete people...
