School-based training is to meet the development needs of schools and teachers. Especially in underdeveloped areas. With the developmnt of China's reform of basic education .school-based training is more and more widespread , many primary and secondary schools have done a lot and useful work, and make some valuable experience.But in the process of carrying out school-based training, also constantly exposed some new problems. In this paper, we focus on Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province. Understanding of the school-based training, It's organization, content, methods, and management of several aspects to investigate and study. Identify problems and careful analysis of the causes of the problem.On this basis, trying to able to make some useful suggestions . So as to the effective implementation of school-based training to provide reference.The contents of this paper is divided into four chapters:Chapter I Introduction. Introduce actual situation of the school-based training at home and abroad,also explain the investigate method of this paper.Chapter II Teacher continuing education model construction and selection. This section focuses on analysis of school-based training model at home and abroad, also providing analysis and reference.Chapter III The survey and analysis of school-based training in Guangyuan city. From the investigation, analyze the present situation of teacher training in Guangyuan area.Chapter IV Responses and suggestions. This part of the paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve practical problems and guide practice.
