With the rapid development of technology,as the spreader of knowledge,the teacher has to follow the steps,so that they can adapt the continuous needs.At present,Chinese basic education reform is being carried,primary and secondary school education is the foundation of our education,only the basic education become solid,the following education can be strong,the teachers has especially become the pioneer and leader in basic education,and they are also the key to education reform,their quality will determine the quality of basic education.Primary and secondary school teachers training plays a vital role in improving the quality of basic education,primary and secondary school teachers training is the most effective ways to improve teachers ‘comprehensive quality,it is beneficial for us to promote the development of the new curriculum reform,and it is important for the development of schools,teachers and students.This thesis performed a study of 10 primary and secondary school teachers in Dalian through questionnaire and interviews,the purpose was to fully understand the present situation of teachers training,find out the main problems existing in the primary and secondary school teachers training,and put forward the corresponding solution strategy.Research results showed that the primary and secondary school teachers training in Dalian has achieved certain success in practice,but it also had some problems in training objectives' setting,training content and form' selection,training conditions,the effect of training and the construction of training evaluation system,such as ambiguous training goals,repetitive and old training content,simple training methods,inappropriate resources,ineffective training effect and imperfect training mechanism.According to the study results,the author put forward the corresponding solution strategy: clear and definite the training goals,improve the training content and training methods to motivate the teachers,coordinate all aspects of resources,pay attention to the training effect and improve the training mechanism,try best to increase the effectiveness of teacher training.
