With the advancement of the curriculum reform and the arrival of knowledge explosion era,school-based research has a great significance in promoting the development of schools,teachers and students.In this context,school-based research is widely used in various schools.School based training activities can effectively solve the problems in the process of teachers' education and teaching,improve teachers' teaching ability and professional quality,and promote the teachers' professional development,the overall development of students and the sustainable development of schools.At the same time,the implementation of school-based training has entered a new stage in the rural areas of Dalian in primary and secondary schools,and more and more schools have realized the importance of school-based research,and carried out the corresponding training activities.However,there will be some new problems in the school-based training process of the primary and secondary schools.For example,the understanding of the training is not clear,the attitude of training is not active,the content of the training is not strong and so on.The existence of these problems let me insist on my research direction.Based on the theory of teacher's professional development,Currie's "school-based action research” theory and adult's learning theory,using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire and interview.Through the method of literature analysis,I have confirmed the research direction and emphasis.On the basis,with 600 teachers in the rural areas of Dalian as the objects of the questionnaire survey,with more than 50 teachers as the objects of the interview survey,investigate the current situation of the school-based teacher training in primary and secondary schools,in order to find some problems,analyze the problem,analyze the causes of the problems,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to improve the effectiveness of school-based research.This thesis has five parts,as follows.This thesis is discussed from the following five parts:The first part: From the macro,meso and micro perspective to clarify the background of this study.At the same time,based on the various dimensions of school-based research,this paper reviews the domestic and foreign related literature,in order to have a profound analysis of existing research,to establish a research direction and to clarify the purpose and significance of this study.The second part: Clarify the meaning of this research.Based on the theory of teacher's professional development,Currie's “school-based action research” theory,adult's learning theory.The third part: Explain the research methods and research process.The fourth part: Through the questionnaire and interviews to survey the current status of school-based training in primary and secondary schools in the rural areas of Dalian.And find the existing problems in the process of school-based research from the perspective of school-based research's awareness,attitude,implementation,evaluation and so on.The existence of the reality problems are summed up by the following points: Teachers are lack of the willingness of self-training;teachers' work is busy;the imperfect of information network configuration and so on.The fifth part: Put forward some suggestions and strategies of solving the problem: including improving teachers' self-training consciousness;optimizing the training of the mode;strengthening the leader's lead;perfecting the support system;etc,in order to ensure that the school-based training can be implemented efficiently,and to provide reference for other areas.
