Currently in our country,the customer satisfaction theory is applied to study increase gradually in higher education's research, but makes concrete to the higher vocational education student satisfies the situation the investigation and study to be very also few.Higher vocational education as a type of higher education, responsible for advanced applications of training skilled personnel for the mission. Whether are quality colleges' teaching quality immediate influences this mission completing smoothly. Vocational students are the most direct customers, who are the teaching activities direct participants; its satisfaction is reflecting the quality college's quality of teaching and the level directly. Therefore, based on student satisfaction of teaching quality of higher vocational colleges, not only can enrich and develop the Teaching Quality construction research theory can also be found through investigation that the school's own superiority and the inferiority, enhance strong points and make up for weaknesses, improving teaching quality and levels, and promote the college further development. Simultaneously the government and the public also carried on the effective supervision, and other types of and other levels of colleges for teaching quality and student satisfaction to study has provided the basis which referred and uses for reference. In this paper, a certain vocational college in Xi'an as a case by case investigation of the school students was satisfied with their quality of teaching the specific research.Firstly, take the customer satisfaction theory as the theoretical basis of this study. Then introduced in detail the definition of customer satisfaction theory, characteristics, and evaluation models, and teaching quality, student satisfaction and student satisfaction and other related concepts were defined. And analyzed the student satisfaction to the student academic achievement, school success and reputation of the school's specific function in three areas.Next, does to this research's case one introduced briefly and carries on the brief statistical analysis to this college quality of teaching student degree of satisfaction investigation situation, from the specialized construction, the theoretical teaching, the practice teaching, and the teachers four dimensions describes the status of a certain vocational college's teaching quality in Xi'an.Then, according to the status of a certain vocational college's teaching quality in Xi'an, detailed analysis of the impact of teaching quality a key factor in student satisfaction, and found the quality of their teaching on specific issues; First, the specialized characteristic not clear, the curriculum system is imperfect. In the institute curriculum process lacks the enterprise to participation, curriculum content by knowledge standard primarily, teaching appraisal unification; Second, the use of the materials can not meet the needs of higher vocational education; Third, the teachers structure is unreasonable, the proportion is unbalanced. The quality of "the double teacher" is short, the teacher's teaching level is somewhat low, the teaching effect is ordinary; Fourth, inadequate attention to practical teaching. In the college practices the teaching infrastructure to be weak, training base outside distribution to be uneven, lags in the specialized construction.Finally, according to the theory and the empirical analysis, proposed based on the student satisfied a certain vocational college quality of teaching concrete promotion strategy:First, optimized specialized setting, reform the curriculum system. The college should optimize the specialized setting take the market demand as the guidance, reforms the curriculum system take ability as the standard, in the curriculum development process to enhance cooperation with enterprises, diversification of the curriculum assessment methods; Second, strengthen the construction of teaching materials; Third, continues to strengthen "the double teacher" troop construction. Improve "the double teacher" evaluation system, broaden the sources of part-time teachers, establish and improve the incentive mechanism, mobilizing the enthusiasm of teachers, vigorously carry out teacher training and professional level of teachers; Fourth, greater efforts to pay close attention to practical teaching. College must increase the awareness of the importance of practice teaching, and strengthen internal and external training base construction. Fifth, establish and improve teaching quality supervision and control system, both from the external and colleges monitoring to be improved.
