With the great development of higher education,the state,academic circles and college themselves have attached great importance to the teaching quality,which has become a great focus among their work.In such circumstances,the teaching quality of the private higher vocational colleges has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life,and even was given suspicion,which also reduced the social reputation of the private higher vocational colleges,frustrated their confidence of running a college,making its further development face many difficulties.Under this background,the investigation of teaching quality of the private higher vocational colleges is particularly vital.So is the rectification.At present,the theory of customer satisfaction,stakeholder theory and the theory of total quality management are widely used as a theoretical basis for quality monitoring and management by the organ,the organization and the enterprise.In private higher vocational colleges,students are thought to be the biggest "consumer","customer",and "stakeholders",who can unerstand the teaching quality of their own universities well,so the author do a satisfaction survey about the teaching quality of private higher vocational colleges from the perspectives of the students.For that reason,this paper using the research methods of literature,questionnaire and interviews,the private vocational college students as the research object,is to investigate the level of satisfaction and expectations of the teaching quality of private higher vocational colleges.Also,this paper is to analyze the survey results,including the analysis of the results of students' satisfaction on teaching quality and the factors influencing the teaching quality,the analysis of the correlation between the level of satisfaction of the teaching quality and the factors influencing the teaching quality,analysis of the difference between the level of satisfaction of different sample groups,analysis of the results of students' expectation on teaching quality and the factors influencing the teaching quality.So the author finds that the problems existing in the teaching quality is that the strength of teachers' group is weak,that teaching method is unitary,that teachers' teaching input is limited,that the curriculum is unreasonable,that training content and time allocation are both inaccurate,that the quantity and quality of the library can not meet the demand,that school training base construction needs to be improved,that students are difficult to reach a wide range of high-quality teaching resources,that career guidance is a mere formality,that themethod of the exam of theorical courses is unitary,that the test content is too ready-made,that the discipline of the exam remains to be improved,that feedback after the test is insufficient,that students have relatively weak theoretical knowledge and that students' practical skills can not meet the employment needs.And the country,society,private vocational,teachers and students are all stakeholders of private higher vocational colleges,so they have the obligation to participate in the construction and management of private higher vocational colleges.Also,the author analyses the problems to the teaching quality and puts forward some ideas fo further rectification from the aspects of the private higher education,teachers,and students comprehensively.These suggestions are as follows.The colleges should have a correct orientation of itself and establish the correct concept of running a school.Colleges need to raise funds through multiple channels and strengthen the hardware construction to ensure good teaching resources.The colleges strengthen the internal control and improvement of teaching quality.The colleges attach impotance to practical eaching.The colleges strengthen the construction of campus culture and reshape the new atmosphere.The welfare of the private higher vocational teachers needs to be improved,and the social security system needs to be further improved.The construction of double-qualified teachers in private higher vocational colleges remains to be strengthened and the management of part-time teachers needs to be strengthened too.Teachers should be encouraged to carry out self-education and do more teaching study.The quality of students should be improved.Students 'ideological education should be guaranteed.Students should be encouraged to learn professional knowledge and skills well.Through this research process,the author believes that the teaching quality,teaching enviroment and teaching reputation of the private higher vocational colleges can be improved greatly.
