The implementation of the strategy as the country's manufacturing 2025 and 4.0times,China has entered the industrial new industrial upgrading of skilled talents with new requirements,people also have higher needs than before for teaching quality of higher vovational education.that the 19 th CPC National Congress clearly stated that should give priority to the development of education,deepening the reform of teaching,accelerating the modernization of education,and getting the people satisfied with education.Teaching quality is the lifeblood of education quality of higher profession,which has an important influence on the quality of talent cultivation,and its advantages and disadvantages directly affect the development of education.Therefore,how to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges is a question worth pondering for every education worker.At present,the evaluation subjects of education on teaching quality in our country mainly involve government personnel,teachers and school administrators.However,as a service object of education in higher vocational education,students are not the subject of evaluation of teaching quality.As a tool to measure teaching quality,student satisfaction is an important embodiment of education.Therefore,this article from the perspective of student satisfaction to examine the problems existing in the teaching quality in higher vocational colleges,students as the direct participants of higher vocational education teaching process,through the researchon the teaching quality assessment of students' satisfaction,timely understanding of the student to the school teaching service satisfaction,point out the advantages and disadvantages in school teaching services,promoting schools foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,so as to promote the improvement of teaching quality.In this paper,using the theory of customer satisfaction,service quality theory as the theoretical support,using literature research,questionnaire method,interview method,based on the characteristics of higher vocational education service and the quality of teaching elements,on the basis of reference of customer satisfaction evaluation model,the use of importance performance method(IPA),from the student to the teaching quality satisfaction and the importance of gap analysis to explore what are the problems in higher vocational colleges teaching quality.Research focus on the following several aspects:(1)to investigate the relationship between the student satisfaction with the teaching quality in higher vocational colleges,(2)the index of students in higher vocational colleges teaching quality satisfaction and the importance,(3)different sample characteristic differences impact on the quality of teaching satisfaction,(4)The relationship between students' satisfaction with teaching quality elements and their overall satisfaction with teaching quality(5)through the teaching quality in higher vocational colleges student satisfaction survey points out the problems existing in the teaching quality in higher vocational colleges and the reason,(6)also puts forward several Suggestions on improving the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges.The contributions of this paper are:(1)the statistics of the satisfaction survey show that the overall satisfaction of students in higher vocational colleges is at the above average level.There is a significant correlation between teaching quality and teachers,classroom teaching,practical teaching,teaching management,teaching resources,learning acquisition and student learning input.Students of gender,grade and different subjects have no significant influence on the students' satisfaction of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.Students with different motivations of education had a significant influence on the students' satisfaction of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges,(2)through to the students in higher vocational colleges teaching quality satisfaction and the importance of analysis,found the problems of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges is the practice of teachers' skill level is not high,not enough teachers after class teaching,teaching methods,flexibility limited,off-campus practice base utilization rate is not high,off-campus practice effect is not good learning atmosphere is not strong,employment entrepreneurship guidance services become a mere formality,unreasonable structure of library resources,the students master the difference in their professional skills and the actual position requirements,students learn not enough,(3)it puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges.One is changing the concept of higher vocational education,establish the compound model of higher vocational education quality,outstanding ability as the standard of higher vocational teaching quality,the second is the innovative development of teaching staff construction,with a spirit guide teachers' professional development,improve the teachers' incentive guarantee mechanism,perfect the higher vocational college "double type" teachers team construction,third,update teaching methods and pay attention to students' demands,the fourth is the emphasis on practice teaching,increasing understanding of the importance of practice teaching,strengthening the construction of practice base face-to-face,fifth,to improve the teaching management level and strengthen the construction of campus culture,improve the quality of employment guidance services,sixth,to strengthen the construction of the school hardware,guarantee the high quality teaching resources,seventh,to cultivate students learning initiative,promote students' self-development.
