Teaching quality is the lifeline of the quality of vocational education.It is not only an important factor that affecting the quality of talent training,but also directly affects the development of vocational education.Students are objects to the teaching services of higher vocational colleges.Pay attention to study the satisfaction of the object group,which can keep up with students' satisfaction about the school teaching service and point out the advantages and disadvantages of projects in school teaching services.In this way,it can prompt schools to foster strengths and to circumvent weaknesses,thus finally promote the improvement of teaching quality.First of all,based on the theory of customer satisfaction and the related research achievements of domestic scholars,this study builds a student satisfaction evaluation index system about teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.Secondly,with the reference of the satisfaction evaluation index system and combining with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,the author designed the "assessment questionnaire about student satisfaction to the teaching quality in higher vocational colleges",and has carried on the questionnaire survey in 3 different levels of development higher vocational colleges in Nanchang.Thirdly,this study has analyzed the basic situation about the teaching quality of student satisfaction from the collected data and used variance analysis to analyze whether the demographic variables,such as gender,grade,different colleges and different origins,have an influence on student satisfaction.Moreover,this paper has used regression analysis to analyze the factors that affect the teaching quality of student satisfaction.Finally,by analyzed the collected datas,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The students' overall satisfaction is relatively good;(2)The satisfaction in each dimension of teaching is higher than the overall satisfaction;(3)Gender,different colleges and different origins have no significant influence on the student satisfaction about teaching quality in higher vocational.However,grade,the category of major,the autonomy of choosing the major and the class enthusiasm affect significantly;(4)The overall satisfaction of teaching quality depends on the teaching facilities,teaching management,and self development.It has no significant correlation on the set of major and curriculum,theory teaching and practice teaching.And the influence of these six indicators from large to small in turn as follows: teaching management,teaching facilities,self-development,professional and curriculum,theory teaching and practice teaching.To improve the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges,according to the research conclusion,the author put forward the following Suggestions: Pay attention to improve the level of teaching management;Improve the teaching facilities gradually;Cultivate the students' learning initiative and promote students' self-development;Strengthen the construction of teachers.
