Liuhang community had a long history and had completed the transition from the rural community to the urban community under the rapid development of the urbanization. But this was an incomplete transtion, because the community has been the important platform over the rural community and the urban community. In the urban-rural community, there are lots of no culture,no skills and laid-off workers who are out of the land. They change their identity from the peasant to the citizen and the region they live has an absolute geographical advantage. However, this group does not get the concern from the society and the better living conditions under the fierce market competition.Living in the special environment, the use the better geographical advantage and the almost regardless of cost of land to build the housing during the game with the government. The large housing rental market is formed in the community and the people get considerable rental income rely on the rental and become the "rentier group".Rentier group is an emerging group which is formed in the rapid development of the city and deficiency of the social security system. They have the special prduction and lifestyle.Economic anthropology is also an emerging discipline and cross-discipline,and has the relatively unique theoretical system. In this paper,I use the theory of the embedness and the informal economy to describe and analysis the living conditions of the rentier group with the field investigation methods of anthropology and the quantitative research methods of economy. The rentier group has become a marginalized group under background of the rapid urbanization and the urban-rural dual system. The elements to maintain the social relations between members in the traditional communities become very important for people together to resist risks and external pressures.Howerer,as a number of the modern community, the elements of these there have been weakening and in order to avoid social psychology and urban life into the double marginalization,we must regain the blood, kinship and geographical relations in the traditional community. As the field the residents live in is changed, its own logic will change in order to achieve the economic behavior embeded in the social relations and achieve the balance between the various interest groups.
