A Practical Research On The Capacity Improving Of "Mother's Group" In The Community Care Of Dai Children

With the acceleration of the modernization process and the continuous advancement of marketization,profound changes have taken place in remote rural areas of ethnic minorities.The community's original self-care system has been destroyed or gradually eliminated.The problem of "one-size-fits-all" education model and the crisis of national culture identity crisis is increasingly serious.Therefore,tapping community assets and cultivating community strength to respond to children's care issues has gradually become a way out to solve the problem of rural minority children's care.At present,under the background of innovative social governance,the government pays more and more attention to the development of communities and the cultivation of social organizations.Through the implementation of the "Three-Regions" social work professional talents program,the country excavates and cultivates local talents for local communities and promotes local social organizations.Cultivating and promoting the practice and exploration of social work in rural areas of ethnic minorities.This study takes the M Village's "Three-Regions" plan as an example to explore how social workers can tap community assets,facilitating of the "mother's group" to carry out community care of children,so that the crew to enhance their ability to continue to provide child care service in the process.to eventually promote the establishment of informal group in response to child care issues,validates the feasibility of group work methods in promoting the establishment of community organizations.Through six group activities.the author analyzes community assets together with team members and formulates and implements child care service plans.The study found that group work methods can effectively respond to child care issues and promote the establishment and development of informal group.In the process,social workers and team members are closely related to the group's goals and ultimately promote the establishment of community organizations.Achieve community assets in response to child care issues.The author also found that the core spirit of "altru" in traditional culture plays a key role in promoting community care and development.The asset-based perspective is conducive to the development of community care;social workers should adjust their role identities according to work in a timely manner in the group process;the most effective way for team members to improve their ability is to train and train in practice.In addition,on the basis of summarizing and rethinking the practical experience of children's community care in M villages,this paper tries to provide some suggestions for the development of children's community care in the rural minority communities:firstly,cultivating local talent and promoting transformation of local groups;secondly,improving informal support for child care in rural minority communities,finally,we should improve community care through community education.In addition,the author focuses on the group work practice reflection.In this process,social workers should have the ability of "the charm" of traditional culture to excavate the charm of the excellent traditional culture and integrate the modern factors in order to bring into play the contemporary value of the excellent traditional culture.And the same time when the group work is applied to ethnic minority communities,it needs to be combined with specific practical fields to be localized.
