Action Research On Teacher Team Building Based On Collective Lesson Preparation

The construction of the school's development cannot do without the team of teachers,teachers are the important factors to promote the development of the school,the eachers' development is the power source of the development of the school.To build a good team of teachers has become the focus of the work of school development.This article on how to conduct effective teachers team construction is discussed,the focus is the school normal teaching work---collective preparation.This paper takes Meihekou S high school senior high school mathematics lesson preparation group as the research object,carried out on the construction of teaching team based on collective preparation on the basis of full investigation found that there are teachers without collective lesson preparation prepared from,combination of theory and practice level,to carry out research on action research was applied after two rounds.The implementation of action,in preparing the group within the implementation of the effective collective preparation strategy,including planning,task allocation,set of intellectual personality research,preparation,course evaluation,the six aspects of reflection after class content.After the practice concluded that the reasonable construction of teachers' team spirit and collective preparation of implementation plan;perfect set Body lessonpreparation process helps to foster teachers' team goals and the formation of good communication and cooperation mechanism;objective and impartial analysis of the teaching effect of the teachers incentive teacher self perfection to improve the school evaluation system.And summed up the idea to set up correct idea is fundamental to the construction of teachers' team;improve the evaluation mechanism of collective lesson preparation is the effective means to improve the construction of teachers' team;school is to provide protection conditions for the development of the construction of teachers' team.It is of great and far-reaching significance for the teachers to carry out the collective lesson preparation for the practical implementation of the standards of professional development of teachers,to bring up a high quality teachers with noble morality,consummate business,reasonable structure and full of vitality.
