from the physiology angle,the heart rate,RPE,energy consumption indexes of three selected 10 has many years of experience and the training of volleyball athletes to load as the research object,research through interviews,expert questionnaire and measurement methods to obtain different preparation scheme under the relevant data,heart rate,RPE the energy consumption value,using the characteristics of resting and exercise load for activities of SPSS statistical software,different schemes for activity analysis of the following conclusions:1)in the study of seven kinds of preparation activities in the form of heart rate,RPE and energy consumption were higher than the training for the former part,explain the research preparation activities can produce changes in heart rate,energy consumption,RPE stimulation in athletes.2)The comprehensive score of RPE and energy consumption rate,this study design for different activities in the form of three schemes from high to low:spin jump running laps,hit the backboard and the static tension and gymnastics,jogging,traveling practice,shows that spin jump running better than running ring rebounds,far away better than the static tension,gymnastics,jogging,traveling practice.3)The same form of different load for comprehensive score RPE and heart rate,energy consumption four schemes in order from high to low was running in 3 groups of*3 times,running 1*4 times,running in 2 groups of*3 times,running in 2 groups of*2 times.Therefore,running in 3 groups of*3 times the optimal way plan;running 2*2 times for the worst scheme.4)the most suitable preparation scheme of the in situ rotation jump and run.5)the best preparation for the study of in situ rotation jump and run back.
