Abstract/Summary:
As the most grass-roots teaching and research team in modern schools,the development of lesson preparation group is directly related to the development of teachers’teaching work and the promotion of school teaching and research work.Based on the theory of learning organization,this study analyzes the current situation of activities and learning ability of Y primary school lesson preparation group,and carries out a case study of constructing learning lesson preparation group.The main contents of the study include the following three aspects:The basic requirements for the learning-type lesson preparation group are as follows:based on the general characteristics of the learning-type organization and combined with the functions required by the lesson preparation group,the learning-type lesson preparation group should have four basic requirements:the relationship between the lesson preparation group and the external environment should be closer,and the team of the lesson preparation group should strengthen learning and cooperation;the knowledge acquisition,communication and storage mechanism of the lesson preparation group should be further improved and perfected;the innovative,divergent and critical thinking mode of the lesson preparation team needs to be further developed and improved.The present situation and analysis of Y primary school lesson preparation group’s learning ability:The "6P-1B" model is used as the process model of the learning type lesson preparation group,and each stage of the learning process of the lesson preparation group is defined.By studying the learning ability of Y primary school preparation group at different stages,we found:As a whole,the lesson preparation group has better ability of discovery,invention and selection,and needs to be strengthened in creating a good atmosphere to encourage innovation and making appropriate and effective choices.As a whole,the lesson preparation group shows good executive ability,promotion ability and reflective ability,but it still needs to pay more attention to systematic guidance,sharing the experience of mistakes,and paying attention to the degree of reflection.The ability of lesson preparation group to acquire knowledge,output knowledge and build knowledge base needs to be improved,especially in the communication with other organizations,the carrier of knowledge output and the platform of knowledge sharing.Based on the difficulties faced by the lesson preparation group in improving learning ability,specific solutions are put forward:Based on the study of the learning ability of the lesson preparation group in Y primary school,this paper summarizes the puzzles and reasons that affect the improvement of the learning ability of the lesson preparation group.Based on the theory of learning organization,this paper puts forward the specific strategies and suggestions for improving the learning ability of the lesson preparation group and building the learning lesson preparation group from four dimensions of the cultivation of managers’ability,the cultivation of systematic thinking habits,the enrichment of knowledge input channels and the improvement of knowledge output ability:cultivating the learning-type lesson preparation group leader and fulfilling its due responsibilities in the process of constructing the learning-type lesson preparation group;cultivating the systematic thinking habits of lesson preparation group to improve overall awareness;realizeing the diversification of the external knowledge acquisition of the lesson preparation group,and making the internal knowledge sharing comprehensive;.improving the knowledge output ability of lesson preparation group,and strengthening the sharing and common improvement of knowledge and experience among different lesson preparation groups.
