With the rapid development of network technology, the way of preparing for lessons of teachers is reformed also. The approach of "school-based collective preparation for lessons" is far from meeting the needs of teaching now. A new way of preparing for lesson has come into sight ----"virtual collective preparation for lessons". The traditional method is not substituted by the new′s at one time ,but unifying each other gradually ,improved and perfected in the course of unification, forming the feasible and warble method in the context of the information technology.First the author of the article from the traditional school-based collective preparation for lessons starts with, illustrates the concept ,advantages and disadvantages of the school-based collective preparation for lessons ,and then points out virtual collective preparation based on the information technology, advances the concept of the virtual collective preparation for lessons ,introduces several software used by this new method ,and points out the main subject that the virtual collective preparation for lessons is effective complement for the traditional school-based method. At last through examples certify the complement function of the new method in the teaching method,resources of the preparation for lesson , instructional design and so on .
