| With the increasing of economic globalization, Tobacco products and services industry backed by monopoly system, are facing new challenges. Reflected in the following aspects: First, one of the inevitable important problems is that how to integrate resources advantage of the domestic tobacco, in order to response to competition and challenges from tobacco giants around the world. For this reason,36 tobacco business companies and industries had formed new companies unit of province and state in recent 5 years by integrating and restructuring. Second, the development model has to be changed with evolutionary of market economy in domestic tobacco. Third, traditional marketing model & cultural structure cannot satisfy the demand of market evolution. How to improve the quality of marketing team by training and development is one of the key questions that tobacco companies need to consider in market economy environment.The thesis is divided into six parts:First, chapter 1, the dissertation introduces the topic background, research significance, review at home and abroad, Research methods, technical route. Chapter 2, tobacco companies affect theoretical basis, introduces interrelated theories such as tobacco companies, marketers, training and development. Chapter 3, analysis of marketing team training and development demand in Yunnan province, analyzes the present situation of marketing team training and development in Yunnan province, with the questionnaire and result analysis, in order to reveal the problems and deficiency in training and development. Chapter 4, devises scheme of marketing team training and development on the basis of present situation and result analysis in previous paper, in order to relieve energy imbalance between reality and demand. Chapter 5, Safeguard Measures of scheme implementation, introduces every aspect what tobacco companies should improve to ensure Smooth Implementation of training and development.
