Study On The Reform Of Management System Of Octavian Forestry Bureau

Ba Miantong forestry bureau of Hei Longjiang Province is a resource-oriented and state-owned logging enterprise. With the implementation of natural forest proteceion project I and II, great changes have taken place in production and lifestyle.At the same time,the management system haven’t been feformed.This obsolescence management system is not suited to the present construction and management of new forestry bureau. The aim of this thesis is to analysis and do some research of Ba Miantong forestru bureau by using contemporary enterprises theory and public production theory. To propose imagination of how to meet the need of adopting new situation and realising reformation and innovation. The aim is to establish state-owned forestry and reasonable theory management frame and feasible system and to come up with imagination of enterprises reformation and aid strategy to propose some effective suggestions of practice job of state-owned forestry material management and torealise sustainable development of Ba Miantong forestry districts.
