Research On Management Team Construction Of H Company

Since the financial crisis occurred in 2008, the environment that Chinese Enterprise living in has changed a lot. On the one hand, lot of foreign Enterprises payback their investment, more and more problems are attacking enterprise. On the other hand, the flat trends of enterprise organization make leaders have to make more decisions by him, but every leader has his own limitations, so constructing a management team has become an important mission for every enterprise.Though Scholars at home and abroad had done a lot of research in this theory, but more case studies are still needed. The author of this paper as the finance director of H Company has rich management experience; she chooses management team construction as the object of her study and H Company as a case study. Firstly, this paper reviewed the theories in management team construction area, and then point out some problems in H Company’s management team. According to these problems, the author proposes strategies.
