Analysis On The Relationship Of Contractual Management Right Of Foreign - Related Rural Land

For quite some time,the level of rural productivity and agricul-tural science and technology in our country is inefficient.Peasants in our country generally have a little income.In this situation, peasants,especially young labors,go to look for work elsewhere. The problem of the short board of the rural labor force,that make“Who goes in for farming” becoming the centre of people’s attention.As the rural property market generally lift a ban,the rural property rights such as the right to the contracted management of land can trade in trading platform.Some foreign civil subjects join in rural property market with abundant capital and skill.They contract rural land and use progressive technology,in order to ach-ieve scale management.This article introduce the powers and functions of the foreign contracted management right of rural land in chapter one.In chapter two,this paper analyzes the foreign contracted management right of rural land deeply.Due to the lack of a clear legislative relations for foreign contracted management right of rural land,leading to the foreign civil main body’s behavior lack of guidance and restraint.To solve this problem,in chapter three I put forward some suggestions,wishing to make a contribution to improve the "rural land contract law".
